PURCHASES

Once you have placed an order with us, we will send you an order confirmation by email. Please keep this safe as the order reference may be required by us if you have any subsequent queries. Order acceptance and completion of the contract between you and Classic Characters shall occur on the despatch of the items as set out in the email order confirmation. We will send you a further email when your goods have been dispatched, any items not confirmed in this email do not form part of this contract.

Classic Characters reserves the right to refuse your order for reasons including but not limited to the following:

  • The product you ordered being out of stock
  • Payment authorisation being unobtainable or withheld
  • Inaccuracies in product description or pricing set out on our website

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with a product or dissatisfied within 14 days of your purchase we would be happy to give you a refund. To do this we ask that you please return the item to us in the original packaging and in good saleable condition along with a copy of your receipt.

The item can be returned by mail. We shall also refund any delivery charges incurred in dispatching the item to you.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office. Please email returns@classiccharacters.co.uk with details of your return.

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION

If you wish to amend or cancel your order you must do so within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing returns@classiccharacters.co.uk or telephone 07562609731.
